RCIC, ADVISER

Francis Ng has over 30 years of international business and institutional experience in strategic trade development, project management, investments and project loan syndications in 20 countries. He has several academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Management Development from the Graduate School of Business, Harvard University.

Li Cao is a highly motivated, dexterous and goal-oriented business professional with a degree of Mathematics and Statistics from Acadia University. Along with her 10+ years diverse experiences in different sectors of government and software companies, she also provides leadership and management for international student services, international recruitment, education abroad, and the English as a Second Language Institute.

Mandy  has a master’s degree in adult education and a strong passion for helping newcomers find a sense of belonging to pursue their dreams in Canada. As a new immigrant herself, she is familiar with the obstacles faced by many newcomers and is willing to do her best to ensure a smooth integration process for others.
